I was completely knocked out during the birth and she was in the Special Care Baby Unit when I came to. She didn’t breath immediately and went into distress. Because of some pretty serious health complications from me that I was refused treatment for due to a very damaging healthcare law our constitution, things escalated to a scary level on Saturday and she needed to be removed from me in a pretty traumatic, laparoscopic emergency surgery.
